1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of createporn.sex. By accessing the service, you agree to be bound by them.
2. Age Requirement
This service is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. We may terminate access immediately if a user is underage.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload images of individuals without their consent
- Do not generate any content depicting minors in any sexual context
- Do not use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Do not circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Do not distribute generated content in violation of applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property
The service and its AI models are the intellectual property of createporn.sex. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal-use license. Content you generate from your own photos is owned by you, subject to these Terms.
6. Pro Subscription
Pro subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, createporn.sex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 30 days.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify createporn.sex from claims arising from your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms.
